A MODERN CHIC HOME REMODEL

This San Jose, California project started out with clients wanting more room by adding a second story. We saved them time and money by keeping it a one story home but reconfiguring every space. Their home went from 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms to 4 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms, plus open kitchen and living room, and an additional mud room!

By giving the kitchen an open layout, we redesigned the area for a sleeker flow and modernized everything from the cabinetry and faucets, to the range hood and lighting.

We simplified the living room down to its essentials: open space, upgraded hardwood floors, and pristine walls. And we added faux wood beams as ceiling accents.

MODERNIZED MASTER BATH

OUR GOAL: Turn it into a comfortable yet chic space

We mixed the classic look of white subway tiles with the matte black bath fixtures then put a marble double vanity atop the rustic charm of wooden cabinets to make the guest bath both familiar and modern.

OUR GOAL: Match the look and feel of the remodeled home

Our clients had recently remodeled their master bathroom so the plan was to not touch that space. But with everything else being upgraded and with such a consistent feel running through their home, they decided to add the master bathroom to the scope of work. We gladly redesigned it to match the home.

With our 3D renderings, we brought our clients' vision to fruition, allowing them to see their material selections — on everything from tiles to countertops, plus every accessory in between — and how it would match the finished home.
