A BRIGHT AND SOPHISTICATED REFUGE

With the prospect of an empty nest looming on the horizon, our clients wanted their home transformed into a brighter, more modern setting that was both functional and inviting. So we took on the challenge of giving this home a facelift and updating not just the fixtures, but the way it flowed from room to room.

SPACIOUS MODERNIZED KITCHEN

OUR GOAL: Update and free up space in the kitchen

We reconfigured the small kitchen to make it more spacious and better connect with the living room. To do this, the pantry is hidden behind grand cabinet doors and we added a custom stained island.

BOUNTIFUL STORAGE

OUR GOAL: Create lots of storage options

To ensure space for everything, we added cabinetry and storage options, complete with metal mesh cabinet inserts. Mixed cabinet details make the design feel personal and unique.

OPEN BATHROOM SPACE

OUR GOAL: Free up space inside the bathroom

Knocking down a wall separating the vanity from the toilet opened up this bathroom so much. Plus, taking the double vanity down to a single sink gave it extra storage space.

FULLY EQUIPPED LAUNDRY ROOM

OUR GOAL: Rig out a space for washing

We installed deep well cabinets over the washer and dryer plus a tall cabinet next to the utility sink for easy access to supplies. And to top it off, we put in a unique penny round tile above the sink for accent.

Our clients love entertaining guests so alongside the spacious family room, we built a fully equipped bar with a built-in Thermador coffee machine, Zephyr beverage cooler, wine refrigerator, and a cigar humidor.
