Located in Los Gatos, California, this remodeling project had a crystal clear objective: give the condo a modern makeover to impart both style and substance.

THE KITCHEN, STREAMLINED

OUR GOAL: Update and beautify this busy space

Modernizing the kitchen meant minimizing the laundry closet to relocate the refrigerator. This left much more countertop and cabinet space. While the clients choose pre-fabricated cabinets under the sink, we gave them custom cabinets against the back wall, including an appliance garage, laundry closet, and shiplap wall panels.

The condo already had beautiful high ceilings. All it needed was some vitality and glamour: splashes of color on the shelves, upgraded fireplace and lighting fixtures, plus a custom bar.

Our clients love to entertain and wanted to build a unique space for preparing adult beverages. We replaced a closet with a custom-built bar that's both functional and fabulous.

OUR GOAL: Modernize but keep things classic

The bathrooms were given total makeovers. Each one received new vanities, tiles, tubs, showers, plumbing, and electrical fixtures. But we kept it to a classic monochrome look.

FROM OLD TO NEW

OUR GOAL: Give the place a facelift

To bring the condo into the 21st century, we rearranged the layout and updated to new hardwood flooring, countertops, and tiles. And we brought the entire place to a pristine finish with a fresh paint job. In the end, we gave it the look it deserved.
