develop budget
Understanding project costs is crucial. We'll guide you through every aspect of your budget, so you have a clear understanding of what to expect, eliminating fear and uncertainty from the process.
design details
We want your home to be a space that reflects your style. Meeting with our experienced Design Team to fine tune materials, textures, colors, etc. will help help us get there.
execute contract
We ensure that both homeowners and builders are legally protected with a comprehensive construction contract. Before all parties sign, we'll review the contract with you, providing peace of mind during your project.
step 2
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
share calendar
With your final budget and signed contract in place, we share our project and payment calendar. This document outlines how to prepare your home for construction, provides a week-by-week breakdown of the work, and includes a payment schedule.
begin production
Let the building begin! With our Design to Build model and detailed project calendar, we've streamlined the process to minimize disruption, ensuring efficiency and a shorter period of discomfort.
weekly review
Your Project Manager meets with you weekly to maintain a seamless project and ensure nothing is missed. This regular review keeps you informed of project status and milestones.
step 3
CLOSEOUT PHASE
final walkthrough
As your project nears completion, we conduct a final walkthrough. Working alongside your dedicated Project Foreman & Project Manager, you’ll collaboratively compile a checklist of any remaining items or actions required to bring your project to its conclusion.
begin cleanup
Our team of professionals performs regular, meticulous construction cleanup throughout the entire process. No surface is left unattended — We ensure that all debris is promptly and efficiently removed, including window cleaning inside and out.

To commemorate the culmination of your journey with us, we offer a complimentary professional photo session. This session provides you with lasting memories, capturing your family and your new home.
